1. Object of Agreement

1.1. This agreement concerns the transfer or sale of copyrights of musical works by Ionian Audio Records to the Buyer.

1.2. The transfer concerns either all or part of the copyright of the work, depending on the choice of the Buyer.

2. Rights Transfer Options The Buyer can choose the corresponding package based on his needs:

Express Plan (€99.99): Free license without any financial reward for the Buyer. Standard Plan (€299,99): The Buyer keeps 10% of the revenue from the commercial exploitation of the project. Premium Plan (€499.99): The Buyer maintains full financial control and collects 100% of the revenue. The selection of the package by the Buyer is made upon signing the agreement.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. Seller (Ionian Audio Records): The Seller warrants that he is the legal owner of the copyrights and that there are no legal obstacles to their transfer or sale

3.2. Buyer: The Buyer acquires the rights to use, exploit and collect project revenues in accordance with the selected agreement.

3.3. Ionian Audio Records: The Seller guarantees the legal registration and protection of the transaction, including the issuance of a copyright certificate and registration on the blockchain.

4. Financial Terms and Payments

4.1. Payment of the transfer or sale value is made upon signing the agreement.

4.2. Payments can be made semi-annually or annually, depending on the agreement of the parties.

5. Duration and Validity of the Agreement

5.1. The agreement takes effect from the date of signature and remains in effect until the transfer is completed and the financial obligations are met.

5.2. The transfer of copyright is permanent, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This agreement is governed by Greek and international copyright law.

6.2. Any dispute arising shall be resolved through mediation or the courts, in accordance with applicable law.
