Welcome to Ionian Audio Records. By accessing our services, purchasing any of our products, or collaborating with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Copyright & Ownership

All music, artwork, and intellectual property released under Ionian Audio Records is 100% owned and controlled by the label.

  • We retain full copyright © of all releases.
  • No third party (including customers, artists, or organizations) is allowed to use, reproduce, distribute, or remix any of our material without written permission from the label.
  • We reserve all rights unless explicitly granted through a signed contract.

2. Certificates of Authenticity

Each customer who purchases a track or release receives an official certificate of authenticity from the label, confirming legal proof of purchase and content ownership for private use (not for commercial or public redistribution).

3. Contracts & Revenue Sharing

All collaborations or services rendered to artists, producers, or partners are regulated through official signed contracts.

  • When income is generated from a release (e.g., sales, streaming, licensing), the customer or artist receives 10% of net revenue related to their contribution.
  • Payments are made transparently and only after the label receives cleared funds.

4. Prohibited Use

No one is allowed to:

  • Use, upload, remix, sample, or distribute any part of our catalogue.
  • Claim ownership or create derivative works of our content.
    Any unauthorized use will lead to legal action and copyright claims.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any agreement or access to our services if there is a violation of these Terms, misuse of our intellectual property, or breach of contract.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of EU. Any legal matters will be handled through the courts of GR,EU.
