Alexandros Papathanasiou (b. 05/11/1993, Corfu, Greece) is the great-grandson of the legendary soprano Maria Callas, an accomplished audio engineer, music producer, and entrepreneur. He is the founder and owner of Ionian Audio Records (est. 2022, publishing launched 2024), a forward-thinking record label and audio technology company dedicated to excellence in music and sound innovation.

Under Alexandros’s leadership, Ionian Audio Records produces and publishes music across a wide range of genres, while also developing high-end audio plugins, effects, EQs, and processors that capture the warmth, character, and musicality of vintage analog sound—honoring the artistic legacy of Maria Callas.

As an audio engineer and music producer, Alexandros combines technical expertise with creative vision, delivering professional-grade tools and original music releases to artists, composers, and producers worldwide. His work reflects a commitment to innovation, quality, and artistic integrity.
